How messy your data is
Clean, uniform inputs such as standard PDF forms or consistent spreadsheets cost less to process than messy ones with mixed layouts, handwriting or low-quality scans.

How many systems it connects to
Connecting to one modern, well-documented system is quick. A legacy ERP with no easy way in, or five separate databases, adds real complexity and time.
- Medium impact
How much it has to handle
500 invoices a month and 50,000 a month need different infrastructure. Handling the higher volume reliably adds to the scope.
- High when it applies
Compliance rules
Healthcare data, financial records and ISO-regulated processes come with extra rules, such as GDPR, audit trails and SOX (US financial reporting) controls. Those add checking, logging and documentation work.

A custom dashboard
A system that works in the background and drops results into your existing tools costs less than a full dashboard with logins, roles and live status views.

Scope
Every project is quoted on its own
Document processing, customer support, recurring tasks and reports, knowledge search, and websites and web apps are each scoped and priced separately. What each one involves is on the services page.
Fixed price, always. Once we scope the project together, you get a written quote with no hourly billing. If the scope changes materially, we agree a change order before any work starts.

Questions about pricing
Is the fixed price really fixed?
Yes. Once we scope the project and you approve the spec, the price is set. We scope carefully upfront so nothing surprises us mid-build. If you want to add something substantial that wasn’t in scope, we write a clear change order with a price, and no work starts without your agreement.
What’s included in the 30 days of support after launch?
Bug fixes, performance tuning, adjusting the instructions the AI follows, answering your team’s questions, and help with any integration issues that show up with real data. It covers things that break or behave unexpectedly, not new features. After that we can agree a lighter ongoing arrangement if you want one.
Do you offer retainers or ongoing maintenance?
Yes, for clients who want it. After delivery we can agree a monthly retainer for model updates, monitoring, performance reviews and new features. Most clients either run the system themselves or bring us back project by project. Both work fine.
